Trunk or Treat 2023

Residents & Trick or Treaters

The Trunk-or-Treat event starts immediately at 6 and runs to around 7:30pm. If it’s nice outside we will be having it in the Walkersville Library parking lot. If it rains we’ll be hosting it inside the library. 

Local businesses and organizations will be handing out the candy.

Businesses and Organizations

If you’re interested in participating, you may reserve your space by contacting the Walkersville Library at (301) 600-8200. Reserving a spot is $25 and there are only 16 spots available. Each space layout is 2 parking spots wide.

The previous years participation in the trunk or treat has been excellent. We’ve tallied foot traffic from both kids and adults around 1,000+ for each year, with the only exception being our drive-thru trunk or treat, due to covid restrictions. 

If you do plan to participate, we encourage you to dress up or have a theme – even if that just means having some Halloween decorations.
